Washing with Hibiclens® creates a barrier on your skin that helps kill the Swine Flu Virus quickly and keeps killing germs for up
to 6 hours.2

Hibiclens skin cleanser and Hibistat towelettes have been proven effective against enveloped viruses, including the Swine Flu virus (H1N1)3. Both products contain Chlorhexidine Gluconate (CHG) which bonds to the skin and continues to actively kill germs for up to 6 hours after washing4, providing extra protection for you and your family

Washing with soap and water, or using a hand sanitizer will clean the skin, but will not provide extended protection. The next surface touched could cause contamination even after washing/sanitizing, so it is recommended to wash with Hibiclens® every time.
